We have heard so many things about Truett Cathy's Dwarf House Chick-fil-A that we had to see it for ourselves. As always, the service was incredible, but Charles made our sit down service a truly amazing experience. He is the model of what a great employee is and went above and beyond. He helped us with directions and even provided us with to-go cups without us even asking! 5 stars for CFA and 10 stars for Charles. 😊

Are y’all not reading the reviews because no changes have been made? This is literally a picture of the fries fresh out of the bag directly after leaving the drive through. They’re charging $3 for a large & filling them up like this. They’re cold. Sauces are rarely given or correct. I’d go somewhere else.

This is as they say, "The Lords Chicken" and I agree. However, they are almost as good with logistics as they are with fixing chicken. No matter the length of the line they always seem to expedite the experience and your order is always perfect.

There’s a lady there that almost gave our food to the wrong customers. We ordered for dine in and she was handing it to the wrong customers. Food was good and after we finished she came back out and yelled at us “what’s your order number” while other patrons were eating their food looked up at us. I told her we already got our food. Please train staff to be more professional in a restaurant setting.

The drive through was fast but employees are not trained properly. I got the app and held it up before paying and the cashier ran my card then told me I needed to get the rewards before paying. Now he telling me to email for reward points. Like how dumb is that? Anyways, meal was cooked properly and tastes good.

Chick fil a is probably my favorite fast food establishment. The chicken sandwich actually tastes freshly made and the fries are delicious. They have a wide range of sauces and seasonings. The food is affordable and they have a generous reward program for loyal customers.
5/5 stars.

Tried the Cobb salad for the first time & it was really good with the avocado lime ranch dressing. I also tried the cool wrap last week which was good … but had way too much lettuce and not nearly enough chicken. For the price of the wrap you should get more than just lettuce!

They act like they can’t afford to give you more than one sauce or fill up your fries all the way despite the fact that an 8 count nugget meal is now almost $10.
I’ve encountered a lot of rude employees, catching attitude over the drive-thru speaker or in the window.
Food often is cold. Sauces are often wrong or, like I said, given none or one.
They just increased their prices $0.40 but have only decreased in customer service skills and food quality.
