Chuck E. Cheese

I came expecting a trip down memory lane, where I could experience the grim ambiance of dirty brown and orange carpet, the Mouse Hole area, skeeball, and the aforementioned animatronic horrors. Well, I was totally off base. It is clean, bright, and buttoned up tight. They have modern games, suited to the 5yr to 9yr set. They include a mix of video and skill games (think skeeball, whack a mile, etc). The pizza was even pretty solid. The staff had their game on lock, and corporate scripts everything so you get a curated experience, rather than some places where you get whatever a 16 year old who got no training comes up with. Kids at birthday parties get endless games which is HUGE! Anyway, I've been to too many of these sorts of places, and Chuck has the game down pat. We're using them for our 8 year old's party in January.

My kids love this place. Games are not always 100% working but the staff are super friendly and will help you out. Always safe there and a good experience with the kids. If you want to win tickets, I suggest you get a card for adults so they can focus on quantity of tickets vs just playing the games.

We had an excellent birthday experience here for my daughter. After booking, a party team member follows up, then day-of you have two staff members assigned to your party. The swipe cards are great for kids with the wristband & we love the unlimited play options for both the party & just a regular visit. Wide range of games & prizes available. Clean facility & well run; this is a great location. Pizza tastes great (I don’t remember that as a kid! Lol). We plan on coming back as long as my kids want to go!

Visited around 12 pm on a weekday during Winter Break. My kids had a blast (4 & 7) but I was pretty disappointed when there were quite a few games that were down or out of paper. My kids end up swiping their card multiple times at games that were out of service because they can't read and/or don't pay attention and 2 of the non-working games ended up taking a bunch of credits off of their play cards. When I told one of the employees, he added the credits back on the card after checking for himself. Chuck E Cheese came out for high fives and my kids loved it. Employees are friendly and helpful. The food is super expensive. The boneless wings were burned.
