Old Chicago

This establishment is extremely family friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. Food was delightful. I ordered a Chicago 7 Ale Crust Pizza and it was impeccable. My child ordered mac and cheese with a side of fries and she thoroughly enjoyed her meal. My husband ordered the Memphis rub on his wings and loved it so so much! Our service was wonderful and was always checking on us making sure we had everything we needed! I would 100% come back here again. Even to the very end, the staff were incredibly nice. The host and hostesses thanked us and wished us a Merry Christmas! Love it!

Excellent. Have dined here twice. Will return again. We enjoy lunch out after running errands or completing appointments. Old Chicago Pizza and Tap Room is a great place for a good quick lunch or dinner. We have had the nachos, wrap, burger, salad, and individual size pizza. All were very good. Service was fast and friendly. It can get rather loud. The cement floor and brick walls seem to amplify the sounds of a sports bar. Ample parking. Handicap accessible. Family friendly. Not too expensive.

Last night, the restaurant was pretty busy, so we expected a little bit of a wait. We came with our three young kids. From the time the server took our order to the time we received our food, nearly an hour passed. Even though they could have easily brought out our kids’ yogurt and fruit and my salad, nothing arrived for 55 minutes, after we asked. Then the rest of our food showed up after the hour mark. The sweet potato fries came out cold. Instead of offering a free dessert or to comp some of our meal, the server had us fill out a form to join the rewards program that would automatically give us (just like it gives everyone) a free appetizer next time we dined there. For food you can get anywhere else, I strongly suggest going anywhere else.

Hi I would just like to say that my experience at Old Chicago was pleasant and the wait staff was delightful. Right as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very passionate worker. I told them that I was there to place a TOGO and they said what would you like and I said that I have not eaten there before and they suggested some things like the spicy nachos or something like that and so I tried those and they were delicious. They looked so good and I also got some spicy bread bites with jalapenos and the cheese drip was superb. Over all the service good and food was amazing Have a lovely Christmas holiday
