Great for my 3 year old daughter. Not to busy and very clean! Prices are not terrible either. She absolutely loves this place. We have to drive over an hour to get here since ours shutdown in Ontario Ohio. We'll worth the fun!

Great place for kids, they are taking care of social distancing, checking temperature while you check in, give you hand sanitizer to clean your hand. Not much crowd so its good to visit now.

Very difficult staff.. Noone explained anything and when I accidently dropped 1 of 2 cards and some one placed it into a see thru locked box on top of the trash they made me buy another card and pay for everything all over again. . Never explained anytjing was honestly just dingy, un inforative and down right rude.

The place has an open floor, so it is easy to keep tabs on your kids. But it is loud, very loud. Pizza was surprising good. Staff was attentive and managed that group well.

My kids love Chuck E. Cheese. The time method of putting money on the card is great because my 4 year old loses interest in each game quickly and you can just play as many times as you want.

My first time at this location with my 3.5 yo today! Experience was mostly good. However, I definitely feel like the manager overcharged us on our food and I was so busy with toddler and baby I didn't realize until later. I ordered the $13 medium one topping pizza and two water cups and it ended up being over $20 and I have no idea how that is possible. Maintenance guy was present working on broken games and helping keep them maintenanced but many machines were broken or had completely missing parts with no sign indicating once you already paid. We will probably return since my child enjoyed the games so much. I just wish the manager had been more clear with the pricing on food.

My son had fun but paid 12$ for appetizer plater had 4 small wings on it and fries were wayyy to salty! Out of 100 tokens at least 15 were used on broken games with no sign posted and staff would not refund the tokens wasted would not visit this particular CC again
