Mcdonald's

80% of the time I come it's fantastic. Today was different. They were very helpful with my online order which I really appreciate. But my fries were not fresh, as they usually are. (I come to this one because they always give me hot fresh fries) and my fish sandwich didn't have any tartar, sometimes they forget the cheese but I'm not upset about that really but I'm sure someone else would be. I hope today was just a bad day because I really love my fresh fries from this location.

Today I got the two cheese burger meal and was appalled when I opened one of my burger wrappers. There was a weird white cotton stringy thing on top of it. This is absolutely unacceptable, how does a mistake like this happen? When food is prepared it should be done with gloves on a clean surface. If this was the case I wouldnt be finding random things on my food! I will never be coming back to this place. This is horrible.

Screwed my order up beyond belief. I was overcharged. Not given the items I ordered and the french fries I got tasted like they had been sitting in there for two weeks and were cold and chewy like shoe leather. This is pretty unacceptable for a lunchtime rush. There were over 20 cars in the Drive-Thru after I got done so it would not have been worthwhile for me to try to go back and complain about anything as the lobby is closed. And sad to say it but these are the people wanting $15 an hour for minimum wage. So sad they cannot even complete a mundane task as what's given to them.
