This is my 4th matcha latte at Starbucks in my visit to the LA area, and this one was by far the worst one in the entire LA area. There’s not enough matcha and it’s not even mixed in well.

Just had the pumpkin cream cold brew with caramel inside and on top, and wow! Best Starbucks drink ever. Also tried the pumpkin loaf and pumpkin cream cheese muffin and OMG. 😋😋😋😋

Just received 3 Frappuccinos that all tasted like they were made with water instead of milk. Thought it was just mine untill the kids complained as well. Very disappointed in this store they are definitely cutting corners..😒

Your employee is very rude they didnt ask us what size we wanted they gave us a small size,and. She literally threw our change on the counter.and she gave us attitude for no reason.

DO NOT COME HERE! They need to retrain this whole staff because 9/10 our drinks are made wrong or espressos are burnt. I live two blocks down and coming here is so convenient, but I drive out of my way now to go to other locations.

Had to finish some studies and was able to focus indoor. Customer service was amazing and they referred me to the "cold brew" to help me stay awake and I was not disappointed lol. Definitely coming back!

We love you - this is our local Starbucks we grab our chai or matcha lattes from you along with our pupaccinos for our pups , this month i lost my beloveth yosef my husband , and your team today when i asked to write my beloveths name on the cup of chai not only surprised me at the window with no pay as it was on the house but , you guys delivered me a message of hope , of COMMUNITY (come unity) and in this starbucks i want to let all my neighbors near or far know this location houses a family who loves and cares who is not here to do buisness but to do service for our city - we love you , we pray for your safety going and coming and we support you , downey family 🛤🙏🏼🌌 🦋
