What's the point in signing up for the Coffee Rewards if I have to make my own coffee? I still have to pay for the extras, and don't even get them half of the time. Most of the time when I come in to pickup my coffee; there's an empty cup with my name on it. As if they're "too busy" to make a cup of coffee.... Please hire employees that will fully do the job they signed up for, or cut their pay in half since they only do HALF of the work.

I usually go in the morning to get fresh meal or bagels and they are great but...... This time my husband and I went in the afternoon to get some drinks and meals and we waited. I saw some drink that look as ours, so my husband asked if they were our since they were melting. A staff I couldn’t see name tag gave my husband an attitude. We ask politely because we know how busy it gets. But since we received an attitude this staff finally told us it was our drink and why we took so long. We just stay completely silent and grab our drink and when we ask for a straw for our drink, this person threw the straws to us. My husband and I just waited for our food and left. We did not hear our name or number call out and we were sitting front of the chairs close to the line. Instead of disrespecting us , we could’ve understand your having a bad day just try your best not to show it to the customers. Their are people who tend to do worst in this case.

Ordered bagels the day before I needed. Asked for a specific time . They were sitting on the counter an 1 1/2 before my requested time AND the blueberry bagels had a total of 3 blueberries each. How is that even possible? The taste was not as fresh as when I come in and buy them out off the shelf. Really disappointed in this batch.

Drive thru experience was good with friendly service and my order was correct and food good. When I did curbside pickup, I showed up when text arrived saying my order was ready. I sat outside for 10 minutes waiting. I tried to call but no one picked up the phone. I finally walked in and my order was sitting on the counter like I was doing take out from the register. Employees were busy but not overly so with some doing clean-up. Food was good but soup cold by the time I got home. Also I'm not sure why they allow limited indoor dining but have taken away all the outdoor seating.
