Taco Bell

Went to this location on a Tuesday night, was about 10:30pm we got to the drive thru and there was only one car in front of us at the speaker. I assumed she was told to hold because when we pulled up behind her she was waiting and finally a few minute later told her she could order. Why she was holding in the first place when there was only her beats me. Then I ordered 4 tacos two soft two hard. At this point the car in front of me got pulled up and then they pulled me up as well as the two other cars who came behind us, again why are we getting pulled up for some simple tacos? So we sit there for about 10-15 minutes while sitting there the workers are going in and out of the store talking to their friends, while in a pandemic we go outside play with our friends and then proceed to grab peoples food and walk it out without washing hands first. Then we finally get our food I get home unwrap the tacos and there is little to no meat. I had to spread it just to cover the bottom. Next day I called the manager who clearly has dealt with this crew for a while because she was livid. She told me she would replace my order. Skip ahead to Friday I go to get my order replace about 615 get home again very little meat. Then I was like screw it I give up, and bite into a taco shell that doesn’t even crack because it’s so stale. At this point I give up on this location, especially being in restaurant management for 8 years. Someone needs to fire that crew and rehire new people that actually care about their job. Absolutely worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Will not give them another chance.

Worst place to go eat as a traveler! Ordered through drive-thru and had to repeat myself at least 4-5 times. Finally was able to finish my order after being interrupted after each item. My order was wrong and I was overcharged so I had to point it out and got s refund. Asked for Mexican pizza with no meat and I received this.... it was like a bean explosion happened. Please - presentation is everything!!! What is this??? I was only able to find a tiny piece of crunchy in this ocean of beans. Some of us may be traveling and have limited choices - make us glad to visit and make our trip a good one. I'm going hungry now because this isn't appetizing. It's not fresh, presentable or tasty.

This is the 4th time I’ve tried to hit the drive through ~15-20mins before they close, and they just let me sit there at the speaker and never asked for an order. Even drive up to the window, where staff looked out the window and then turned around and socialized. They’re still open, but the staff have all checked out. If you don’t feel like working, at least let people know you’re done taking orders, or turn the lights off or something. They’ve got some real winners working here 😂 Update 12/8- they did it again. They really need to change their hours or something. They may “close” at 12, but they actually close at 1130.
