Dunkin'

Nasty manager, the order was wrong, the hot food was inedible, but the donuts were good. The service for the walk-in side was normal (pretty quick) for getting 1&1/2 dozen donuts, which were fresh and tasty. I decided to get breakfast for my wife, who is vegetarian. I ordered the sourdough and fried egg sandwich, that comes with bacon and cheese. I ask for the bacon on the side because my wife won't eat it. I also ordered a side of hashbrowns and a medium black coffee. The sandwich was plain (no condiments or sauces) and I had to take out the bacon myself. The bread was burned around the edges, too. The hashbrowns were at the bottom of the bag, loose and extremely greasy. Finally, the manager was nasty to the employees continuously reprimanding and barking orders at employees. When I asked politely if they had my coffee ready, she snapped at me "to wait my turn" even though I already had my donuts and hot breakfast for more than 5 minutes and nobody was in front of me in the walk-in or pick up lines. All in all, the visit was disappointing. I'll buy donuts there again, but it's a hard "no" on anything else. You should try another Dunkin instead.

The food didn't taste good. Very few vegetarian options and, once again, our order was wrong. I won't go back. The app is not user-friendly. I couldn't apply the award to my purchase and getting help there was a challenge. Free beverage...please. I was still charged $1+. When I asked why, it was like talking to the wall. The cashier just stared at me like I grew a second head.

This was the fiest dunkin I've been to in Florida. Despite being short staffed, the team here was really nice and so pleasant and you can tell they were working hard. I wanted to leave them a tip but there was a sign that said that the staff can't receive any. I thought that was unfair and pretty ridiculous. Note to management: treat your staff better!

Went here today for the first time. When I got to the register the attendant told me we are no longer taking food orders at this moment because we are backed up with online orders. Excuse me what does that say to all the people in line with food orders? I guess we don’t matter. I was only able to put in a coffee order and they put in the wrong order and gave me the wrong coffee I ordered a hot chai tea and I received a Matcha and the guy goes to me you said Macha!! Dude I know what I ordered!!

Good doughnuts and good coffee. What you would expect from a Dunkin Donut. The doughnut selection isn't as big as other locations yet this store it's on the small size, so that's expected. Wait times are decent as this is not a high traffic store. The ladies working the mornings are hit or miss. Sometimes friendly, other times have the "I don't want to be here" attitude which unfortunately reflects on their customer service.
