Movenpick Doncaster

There is one down side to this place! Having to make a decision. There are so many different choices of ice cream. Plus there are other sweet treats that would appease anyone. Staff are so lovely and let me try some before I made my decision. Choice of cones. Nice portion amount. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Pram and stroller accessible. Will return.

Came here twice over the past couple of weeks as we had a few entertainment book vouchers to use. The first visit we had to wait around 20 minutes for a couple of scoops of ice cream. The second visit our scoops were so small, probably around 1/3 the size of a scoop from Messina or any other ice cream shop. While the ice cream itself is good, this store in particular seems to be cost cutting with lack of staff and stingy scoop sizes. Definitely not worth paying so much for the ice cream here.

a small asian girl left chocolate smudged on my frappe. [edit] Okay i revisited the Movenpick location once again due to a sudden craving for swiss ice-cream that i miss from my hometown. The same asian girl that served me 4 months ago served me again she was very polite and sweet (no pun intended) she gave me a very nicely CLEAN served scoop of ice cream. Fantastic customer service i was wrong about this place very impressed and sure to come again.

I went there with Groupon voucher and the ice cream was great. Arrived around 7:30 PM on Friday, it wasn't busy at all and got quick service. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because of it's location and opening hours. I wish it was located outside of the shopping center and was open at least until 11 Pm on weekend!!!!
