Ruby Tuesday

Traveling through and stopped at this Ruby Tuesday's. We ordered the new chicken sandwich and the street nachos, both items were good and plentiful as we took half of them with us. Recommend NOT sitting in the bar area as the conversations the bartender and staff was having with patrons at the bar could easily be heard. And for the first time, we had our order taken from the computer screen not at our table. Sitting outside of the bar area is recommended.

The service was fine, if a little slow. Our server was attentive, took care to make our kids feel included, and made sure we were taken care of. The kids had chicken strips with fries and broccoli. Their food was OK. I had the appetizer combo as my meal. Chicken nuggets, chips and spinach dip, and mozzarella sticks. The dip was freezer burned, the mozzarella sticks also tasted old. The nuggets and chips were fine. My wife had chicken mac and cheese. The cheese sauce was broken and the chicken was really pretty awful. Her food was pretty much inedible. We had drinks, a house margarita and an island type drink. They were fine. The feel of the place was just tired and sad. There are other options. We'll try those. 2/5 - if it's your only option, you'll get food. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
