Terrible service, long wait at the counter for no reason, several employees walked past without even acknowledging. Employees swearing at one another instead of helping customers. Shut this place down.

Staff seemed confused and disoriented...maybe a sugar high? Donuts were far from fresh, likely 2 days old I I was guessing. Overall, an abysmal failure for such a simple pastry creation.

Lemonade was more Ice than lemonade. Drank entire thing and now I have a cup of ice. Was out of every type of donuts except the plain ones but still charged me full price for a Boston Cream. Skip and go elsewhere.

I've user drive thru. Almost 5 minutes I waited in front of the speaker to someone ask me what do you need. Nobody came out. So I passed there and went to Windows. There was crowded. But I don't think it was the first crowded time for there. They need to figure out something❌ at least they could tell me just second some I would know someone know me ❌ ice coffee was good same taste✅

Worst experience!
Asked for extra cream and double checked that they heard me and barely any cream and here is a picture of the bagel with cream cheese - seriously?? If you were out of cream cheese just say so!

We're carrying on with Covid-19 to the extreme, thanks to Pritzker in Illinois. If you want to run a business like this coffee shop, Dunkin, open your doors. We all don't want to sit in a drive through lane. I left, they're not the only place in town selling coffee. 2 girls before me left, 2 guys after I showed up, we all left, in a span of 3 minutes. Don't complain about having trouble making ends meet, if you won't open your door!!

Ordered uber eats breakfast for my staff. We received all of our items but 3 out of the four items were made wrong. We also got a leaking cup that cause me to lose quite a bit of my drink. It was disappointing. Uber Eats made it right, but won't order from this location again

Very fast, and friendly staff. My only complaint, In the drive-thru, they may ask you to pull up and wait, or go back around to wait in a parking spot, for someone to bring out your order out. This is a slight inconvenience at this location as pulling back around is a hassle, and if you are asked to pull up and wait you block those behind you who can't get out until you leave anyways, and people start honking horns...seems less efficient than just having you wait an extra few seconds at the window, but they probably assume this helps those in line feel like they are moving along faster...not the best idea in terms of customer service drive thru programs in my opinion.
