Dunkin'

Worst run Dunkin' I have ever seen. The building is dilapidated and the staff is clueless. There are homeless people in-the vestibule at times. I have been coming here weekly since August (due to kids drop off at RecPlex down the street) but today was no more. I had come in with a Chicago Bulls promotion (Dunkin Race, free coffee code) and they said that this promotion was only valid in Chicago scores and the y cant scan it. I had no trouble using this promotion all the way in Fox Lake with no issue. Just a terrible location and ill-managed. I will be driving to the drive thru in downtown Mount Prospect vs thing dingy dump. BTW, this location is walk in only. NO curbside orders, no drive thru. Very odd location.

After a family dinner, my family and I dropped by this Dunkin' to get some ice cream. Service and everything was as you would expect, and after eating our ice cream, we left. The next day, my aunt realized that her purse was missing, but she traced back her footsteps to this Dunkin' Donuts. It turns out she had left her purse there, but after getting in touch with Mario, an employee of the shop, she was relieved to find that they not only had her purse, but not one single item was missing from its content. She was so happy with the outcome, that she asked me to write a glowing review for this store. So there you have it, a great Dunkin' Donuts, with honest employees.

I love Dunkin Donuts. There seems to be a big turn over of employees at this store. Most are rude, especially the morning staff. The last time I did drive thru the girl handed me my stuff and didn't even talk or look me in my face. That was it for me. It's 3 minutes from my home,but I'll drive out of my way to avoid the pure service and bad attitudes. I found it crazy that I ordered 3 specialty drinks,donuts and diet coke. When I asked for a small cup of ice for my diet coke, they wanted to charge me 🙄
