The worse Dunkin donuts location. You could be waiting up to 20 minutes in the drive thru because they are slow. They will constantly get your order wrong. Even if you are the only one in line, you could pull up to the window and they still ask you what kind of donuts! Why even bother having an intercom system if you still ask what the order is.

Worked nearby and every SINGLE EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE EXCEPT FOR THE HISPANIC LADY. She is nice.
One time I believe they way overcharged me. They threw out my receipt before I could say I wanted it. There was no way it came out to $12.
Another time, I came in with a gift card someone gave me from work. I asked them to see how much was on it. They said they didn't know. I said, "Can you please check...?" They rolled their eyes and did so reluctantly. Like what's the big deal??? Just scan it??
Another time my bagel was burned.
It was still good. It was an everything bagel. The cream cheese was good but the bagel tasted burnt and looked burnt from the bottom

Walked in, employee stared and my Bf and I and said nothing. No “I’ll be right there.” “Be right with you.” Or “just a moment.” 0 greeting. Then, looked over as we were bothering them. Gave it a few more minutes and decided to take our business elsewhere.

Horrible. They are not polite, barely understand them when they ask what you want. I just dont understand how this places runs.
Update January 10 2022- second time I have come across this lady. Got coffee at like 11am and I ordered a ice coffee peperment mocha and she repeats the order to me. Go to the drive thru she gives me a small hot coffee. I tell her that's not mine and doesn't gives me attitude. Clearly she doesn't know how to work in the food business.

I go to a lot of Dunkin, but this has been a horrible experience. First they asking for my order through the drive thru to be asked to hold on after they were asking for my order. Then they have their headset on and you can hear their conversation all they were doing was talking. Waiting 10 min for them to even ask me by order for them to get it completely wrong! Then they didn’t even bother to say they were taking cash only into I was already at the window. Also coffee was horrible. Never had a problem with any other Dunkin.

If I was given the chance to rate this place ZERO stars I would in a heartbeat! I went with my children whom were extremely excited for some donuts. I however ordered a bagel which I tried to change to a different kind at the window. The cashier working at the time, Estrella, was extremely kind to me and said it wouldn’t be an issue to switch my bagel however the manager NITU P. was beyond unprofessional. She stepped up to the window and told me she already made my bagel with the biggest attitude. I politely told her I didn’t want that bagel and wanted to change it and then she proceeded to yell/argue and say why I didn’t order properly. The cashier apologized for her managers behavior and said she’d make my order regardless and then the manager decided to yell again claiming they suddenly ran out of the bagel choice I wanted. It was overall and horrible experience and wouldn’t wish that kind of service upon anyone. A person like NITU should not be working in anything that’s customer service related. Made me and my family extremely uncomfortable! Thank you to the cashier for being very mature in handling the situation.

Most horrible Dunkin I have been to. It seemed like there was only one person working. I was the only customer at the drive thru. Waited at the window for over 15 minutes didn't see any anyone inside. Then finally someone came to the window with my drinks that I ordered through the app (A large Iced Latte and a medium Frozen Coffee). The latte was very watery with little taste. I don't recommend going to this Dunkin at all. Such a waste of time and money.

Ask for egg and cheese on croissant as carry out… No salt or pepper in the bag no napkins and croissant was not even toasted
