Mcdonald's

Tuesday July 6, 2021 at 10:18 PM. I ordered food at the drive-thru where there were 2 ladies working, a younger one and older one. I ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal. I was told to park and wait for my food, which I did even though they weren't busy when I got there because there was only 1 person in front of me when I came (and he got his food quickly). When I finally got my food, which was by the way 20 minutes later, the Chicken sandwich was literally just chicken in 2 buns nothing else. WORST PART is, the chicken was not fully cooked to the point where I could NOT even chew it off. If I didn't have to go to work, I would have come back and complained because this service was unacceptable. I could have gotten FOOD POISONING for this.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Poor quality of food from the chicken nuggets that tasted like they were five or six hours old and weren't even cooked completely to begin with, and were not even warm, to the dirtiness of the lobby, the cold frie. I could go on and on but it's a waste of my time. Karis management who runs this store doesn't care I've called and complained to them several times and nothing has changed and they never called me back either.

This is the worst store I have ever been to not open for walk up service poorly set up drive thru have cars coming in from two directions and it takes forever I sat 25 minutes one day for coffee and sandwich have now switched to Duncan down the street sandwich not as good but coffees better and I was out in less than McDonald's

This Mcdonalds employs a very fabulous young lady named Kelly. She is literally the BEST Mcdonalds worker ive ever encountered. I wish all Mcdonalds had Kellys.. legit a game changer. Kelly should be manager (if she isnt already). She's fast, reliable, clean, and makes the most smackin Big Mac ive ever had.
