Panera Bread

Trying out Panera’s Bacon Mac and cheese. This is the large bowl . I have to say it is really tasty. The cheese has a great consistency and all the flavors how together well. Bacon is cooked well- not crunchy but not too chewy. Have to say this is a good alternative if you are tired of sandwiches out soups . Large size is good for an adult . Ordered this thru the rapid pick up and was ready when I arrived about 15 min later- app said ready in 8 min..

There is plenty of parking for this place, in both front or the back entrance. Once inside the place is big enough with plenty of seating. You can order online or use the kiosk to order yourself. But since I was driving I had to order inside. Once inside there was bit of a line and only 2 people at the registers, They both seem like new employees since they took time taking the orders. It didn't take long before I got in front and got to order my food to go. I got them in a good amount of time and unfortunately I asked for chips on one of the orders but I got bread for both meals. I was far once I noticed so I couldn't go back. I think they were just a bit overwhelmed with people but overall it was ok of an experience. Will come back if I am around.

Food was good, clean, and fresh. But the reason I’m writing this review is because the service was exceptional. I had a brain fart and ordered an iced drink when I wanted a hot one. They were so kind about my mistake and swapped it out for my preferred drink at no extra cost with such courtesy and kindness. Shout out to Sandra for making me two drinks!!

Stop in for lunch and service was good, though I could not hear the worker speak through her mask and behind the plexiglass panel (It was a struggle with the covid-19 guide lines, but we will get through this strange time) and sandwiches were fresh and delicious! My brother in law forgot his face mask and the manager gave him a mask to place his order. Nice of Panera to offer face masks. 👍

My favorite spot for reading and meeting friends. As usual, I came here having my coffee while doing some work, the assistant shift manager/supervisor Wyatt gave me a free coffee and told me that it is a new year and it is on me. it was really nice and generous of him for that I would like to thank Panera to hire such nice employees. I love this place. Actually, I love this place the professional services for its staff and specially Wyatt
