Pizza Hut

I ordered online for the first time, it was very easy. It gave a pickup time of 6:35. I arrived just before that. I was told 8 more minutes. Did not have my cane with me, no chair, so I leaned on the end of the counter out of the way. It was nearly 20 minutes before it was ready. When I got home, (7 minute drive) the pizza and breadsticks were both cold. Very disappointed. I wondered if it was deliberate, since I had mentioned the promised time, clerk may not have liked that. Hot pizza, on time is what we want. Should I risk it again?

When i ordered the delivery timeframe was 2 hrs to 2 hr & 10 min. Which is ridiculous to begin with but I went ahead and ordered anyway. After 2.5 hours I finally received a text saying the order was out for delivery. However it took another 40 min to be delivered. Everything arrived COLD! So in total the delivery time was roughly 3 hrs and 15 min!!! Completely unacceptable! The driver was also very unfriendly when he delivered the pizza. If I could have taken my tip back I absolutely would have. This may be the last time I order from you.... each experience seems to be getting worse than the one before!

I know, it's Pizza Hut. It was exactly what my body was craving and perfect. My first quiet evening home alone in months and I ordered delivery. Big win! I specifically asked to not skimp on the cheese and it was beautifully covered when it arrived. Contactless delivery. $25 for a medium pan with 4 toppings, onion- pepperoni-sausage-mushroom. That included a $5 tip. They said it would be about an hour for delivery and it was on time and hot. Driver set the pizza on front step and left after knocking. Seriously so good. I hadn't had a big old pan pizza for so long. Plenty for 3 meals. Yay.

Everytime I order from here they are always extremely late and pizza arrives cold. Tonight is the last time I attempt to order from them. Ordered at 8pm and pizza didn’t arrive until 1030pm. Pizza was cold and there was basically no sauce on the pizza. I shouldn’t have to reheat my pizza in the oven when it’s delivered. Sent in a customer complaint via email so waiting to see if I get a response. If you’re going to order pizza on south side Des Moines I recommend Paul reveres or dominos, they always deliver on time and it’s hot!

We ordered an edge pepperoni lovers pizza and cheese bread online. It said it would be ready in 35 minutes. Sweet deal right? You would think. But then i started getting text messages stating door dash would be delivering our food. Ok? Never mentioned when we ordered but none the less. Then i got another text and another. The door dash drivers kept changing and so did our delivery time. The last text said we would get our food at 709 pm. We ordered at 503 pm. I tried to call the store to cancel our order. And BIG SURPRISE. No answer. As we go to leave to get food around 610 615 a car pulls in driveway with our food. I gave him money. He counts money and says as i walk away,"thanks for the generous tip" 🤬🤬🤬 i turn around and say Thanks for going through numerous drivers through a third party i didn't agree to. A pizza that was hard, dry, barely any pepperoni on a pepp lovers edge pizza. DRY DRY DRY. Cheese bread was cold and limp. I was l am still very offended. Then this door dash driver sends me a personal text from his cell phone? R u fkn serious? Why is the doordash guy messaging me personal texts about our incident while he was sitting in my driveway. I have never in my life seen such horrible service. I will tell everybody i know not to go to that establishment ever. Rude people. No customer service skills whatsoever. My dogs wouldn't even eat that atrocity. I give 0 stars if possible!

Over an hour and a half waiting for delivery, I drove to the store to learn the guy behind the counter had cancelled our order because it was for delivery and he did not have anyone to deliver. He was very rude and told me to have a nice night rather than try to make the order. I will never go to pizza hut again.
