Store #49873-0 served by 999997 Worst Subway ever! I did an online order to be picked up at 7:30 not only was it not cold but it looked like it had been sitting out for some time. One female worker was sitting down talking and the other female was off to the side talking to some dude. I highly recommend Ingersoll or Keosauqua way

Employee was on the phone when I walked in. His personal phone. I waited for him to get off. I get personal calls, so, ok. He made my sandwich. It was poorly made, like he was in a hurry. For the second time, same employee, my foot long wasn't cut in half. I thought that was standard. Disappointed with this visit for sure.

Very bad service , I was there today at about 5,30 pm, for the first time at this store , I requested a wrap of steak beef which spoused to be two full spoon of the beef steak , but she put in every spoon less than a half spoon , I asked her why did not you put a full spoon? the cashier came and asked me what is the problem? I told her , look to the amount in the wrap is it the amount which suppose to be there? she said yes even it is more. So I cancelled the order and I left. I was a loyal subway customer but not any more.

This subway is the worst subway I've ever been to. Staff just looked at me when I walked in, no asking about orders or if they could help me. After each step of the sandwich making process the employee just looked at me like I should be telling them what's next. The bread that they originally tried to use on my sandwich looked to be soggy, pathetic and falling apart, when I asked for a different loaf the staff started arguing with each other and I had to choose a different bread type all together. The sandwich itself was poorly made. At the end when ringing up the total I asked the cashier if water was free to go, was given no response and instead just prompted to pay. I got in my car and headed home only to find on the receipt they charged me for a bottle water that I didn't get, so they straight up robbed me.

Just moved to Des Moines and this is the closest subway to me, and frankly it’s the worse subway I’ve ever been in. Having used to work at subway and in the food industry myself, I can confidently say don’t waste your money here. The staff looks filthy, meaning dirty shirts etc…they carry on conversations and talk over you to each other while you’re trying to order your food. Just bad vibes all around.
