The food was reasonably fast and was hot. I ordered the pork tenderloin this time which was a mistake because they apparently use the same frying vat to cook the fish sandwich and the fish taste ruined an otherwise good sandwich. I've worked in kitchens before so I know not to be doing fish in anything but it's own designated oil vat for that reason.

I was peeved when I pulled up to the "Passenger Side Pick-up" lane only to have them get on the intercom to tell me that lane was randomly closed today. The only thing that salvaged the three stars was that when I parked in that lane and walked up to the window they served me there.

Local fast food place. The pork tenderloin sandwich was pretty good but the chicken nuggets were flavorless.

Closed an hour early with 10+ cars in line. Didn’t tell anyone they were closing early just let us wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru.

Was a great experience. Loved that they have both a passenger and driver pick up window. As the driver window pick up line was a long wait I used the passenger window pick up which there was only one car in front of us. The gentleman employee at the window had great customer service and was very cordial. Will go there again and again. Was in and out in record time.

2nd time ordering a large chili for almost $5 just to get water and beans. Fries were cold, and chicken nuggets cold, at least my cats would eat the nuggets.

You will never have a better bacon cheeseburger, as well as their fries, anywhere. A Des Moines staple and for good reason. Always great service. Always great food. Always great milk shakes. I can honestly say I wouldn't know how to live without B-Bop's!! 😁😁 Honestly though, always grab B-Bop's when in Des Moines, Iowa. You will not be disappointed!
