Brilliant meal in Java. Had the soup and sandwich and my partner had eggs Benedict. Both lovely, both fresh, great value. Can't fault and would recommend.

Superb eaterie....the food and cleanliness of the place was 1st class. Service would have warranted 5* except for the young member of staff who served me and was not friendly or obliging in anyway but gave the impression she loathed her job..the rest of the staff were superb....loved their work...customer care outstanding 👏. Thank you ...I've never cleaned my plate ever and the coconut and jam cake served with lashings of cream was to die for.

Had a lovely lunch here today, me and my boyfriend got pancakes and eggs benedict which were both delicious. Very friendly staff, particularly the blonde lady from Letterkenny!!

Fantastic coffee shop and our local haunt for leisurely breakfasts on a Saturday morning. The porridge and fruit or eggs Benedict are a firm favourite. Local unique dishes on offer too. (Still remember the fabulous Christmas puddings).Great portion sizes, quality and value for money. A must do for breakfast or lunch .
The service is inviting, warm and friendly showcasing the best of our local hospitality.
Also a great place for visitors to meet before/ after the award winning McCrossans walking tour in the walls. (Great to see so many visitors to the city and a coffee shop experience to be proud off.

The food is always fresh, nice selection of sandwiches and fillings, and the renovations make the place look fresher. Java is in a great location, just off the walls, and a minutes walk from the Foyleside and Richmond shopping centres.
The only reason that this place didn't get a full 5 stars is because the service is never that friendly or warm when you go in.

Got a decent cuppa as part of walking tour. Scones looked good, but didn't succumb!
