It took 15 minutes before I even got to see the cashier so that I could place an order. The place was busy, but not THAT busy. The vibe was not just isolated to me either, as the people in both the line waiting to pick up their order and the line to place an order seemed agitated. Workers we very slow and seemed disorganized. I was hesitant to leave this review in case it was a 1-time experience, but from reading the other reviews this does not seem to be an isolated incident. When I did place my order I noticed how overpriced this location is, another common complaint here so you have been warned.

Rude employees, eating fries while we were at the window waiting for our order.. they don’t understand the meaning of dark coffee, had them make it a second time and still a cup of milk was given and overly sweet.. like girl we don’t like our coffee like that had to throw it out .. incident time approx 1730 on Easter Sunday.. probably against all health standards that she was eating while making drinks at the window … watch out

Do appreciate, their food, I am vegetarian ,no red meat only fish, however it's hit or miss when I order coffee. Simple....large coffee no sugar.. NOT....I either get it way too dark or as a cup of warm milk. What a shame as their coffee brand is delicious. Al's their prices have gone up considerably.
