Wendy's

For starters, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a terrible experience with this Wendy’s. Which is why I try to avoid this location as much as possible. I would’ve given this place zero stars if possible. I ordered bacon cheese fries. Come to find out, that who ever made this order understood “no bacon and extra cheese” WHICH IS NOT what was stated. I had to completely dump these in the trash from how disgusted I was. Literally, more than half of the container was just cheese. I am very disappointed with how Wendy’s service has gone down hill over time. I would understand if there was a long line or if inside was packed but we were literally the second car there and the restaurant was empty inside. I completely dumped my money and time into a place that doesn’t seem to care about what they’re serving. Terrible. Don’t come here unless you just like to waste your money.

I don't really like giving poor reviews, but I can't let this slide. I stopped in for a quick bite. The place was clean, but the soda machines were out of everything. One of the ice dispensers wasn't working. No napkins in the dispensers. No cutlery in the bins. Everything needed to be restocked. I really like Wendy's, and prefer it to other places. When I'm short on time, it's a great place to eat, as a chain. I understand it's a franchise though. This location needs some attention.

I used to come here with my family before the remodel and sit down the 2 steps by the windows. Now, an order is NEVER CORRECT. As simple as mayo on a sandwich that was repeated back as no mayo or Coke instead of Diet Coke to as bad as leaving out an entire meal! There are too many other options near this place to go here anymore.

The food was cold, especially the fries. They gave me fresh ones when I complained but my burgers were look-cold not even look-warm when I received my fresh hot fries. I ordered 3 meals. I'M NOT GOING THERE AGAIN UNLESS I'M ABSOLUTELY STARVING AND NO ONE ELSE IS OPENED. AND THERE RUDE AS I DON'T KNOW. Stay away from Whalley ave Wendy's.

How is it that this location can charge accurately for the 4 for $4 offer and yet other location charged incorrectly a cost of #4.77?!?!? This is why I go to this location only. If I bought anything else from other Wendy's I wonder how many times did they overcharged me with other purchases. Thats just plain bad math or price gouging.

Food was good although the nuggets were somewhat cold. Lobby needed some attention . It did not appear that any manager was on as there was loud, boisterous laughing coming from everybody behind the counter. Reminded me of being a high school student taking a test with other student while being overseen by a teacher who is then leaves for a long period of time. Shenanigans ensue! Do better guys!
