I used to go here regularly. I stopped because my order kept getting messed up. I've gone a few times over the last few weeks and it hasn't changed. Today i went through the drive through and they gave me half of what I ordered. I had to go in on my busy lunch to get the rest of my order. They acted like it was a problem that they had to find the rest of my order. Very disappointing location. Go to Freddie's or Spangles down the street. This place is becoming less worth the trip.

Here's a large fry from this store, won't make the mistake of buying anything from here again. Waited 9 minutes for fresh fries that I was never told there would be a wait on, a drink and mcflurry. This is the result of waiting for fresh food.

Everytime I come to this location you guys mess up my order EVERY DAMN TIME. Always cold and old. I have worked in fast food as a manager and this place IS NOT BEING RUNNED RIGHT AT ALL. If I could give zero stars I would and every time I come through drive thru the workers act like they hate their lives and or rude.

I ate breakfast here They sausage cheese mcmuffin actually. Nothing to brag about but gets the job done And fast enough to get to work on Time. Forgot the coffee this time Darn it !

We were able to go to the counter rather than deal with the kiosk, service was prompt & professional. Food came out as ordered, & in a timely manner.

The McDonald's in Derby is part of a family Fourth of July tradition. First it's the fantastic parade and then it's McDonald's. The service is good. The food is, well McDonald's. The play place is clean and fun. I love the murals and that parents can join their kids. The best part? No TVs in the restaurant! Thanks for years of tradition!
