Friendly's

The food here is ok and the service is very quick our waitress was very attentive to us and checked on my friend and I a lot. I got the stirfry which is meh, and my friend got the munchies platter which came with very small mozzetta sticks. However, the conditions of the bathrooms were entirely disgusting it seemed like no one had checked on it for a week. Worse enough there was a puddle that my pants grazed so it was entirely disgusting.

I am not sure why Friendly's is even still open. The place looks dilapidated, and the food is subpar. Went here on valentines day and the experience was horrible. Very crowded seating arrangements felt like we were all sitting on top of each other, packed like sardines. The food I ordered did not taste bad, however it wasn't measured properly, therefore it look like the dish was full of Chinese noodles versus rice. The only reason I did not ask for a refund was the fact it taste better than it looked. The waitress was so busy her customer service wasn't the best. She messed up the kids orders as well as took a very long time to come back and inform us that what the kids ordered the kitchen didn't have. I stopped eating Friendly's a very long time ago and this is why. I could have ate at a local McDonald's and been more satisfied.

I didn’t even know Friendly’s was still open! To my pleasant surprise it was when I was over in Woodbury NJ with my two youngsters. The service was extremely fast and helpful. Our waiter was always there to help and had a cheerful smile throughout the experience. I love this Friendly’s and the amazing people who work there.

Came in here with the intention to enjoy an ice cream at a booth; however, upon arriving there was a very foul smell the filled the entire restaurant. After making my order to go, the kitchen began emitting a burnt smell that just got worse and worse. It was a bit overwhelming to say the least. The ice cream tasted fine once I was out of the building.

The survice is bad. Yesturday I went to eat with my mom and sisters and the waiter that we got didn't pay attention to what we ordered. He forgot to put napkins and utensils. Also my mom ordered a soup and he didn't even give her crakers or a spoon I had to tell another waiter to give her a spoon and crakers
