Dunkin'

If you have an extra 20-30 minutes in your day then this is the place for you to get your coffee and eat on. The staff is super friendly but it just takes forever to get your order. The three stars are for the staffs friendly personalities because of I had to leave stars for fast service it'd be 1. They just don't have the staff to keep up.

I am accustomed to the lengthy wait in the drive thru line. I am accustomed to staff shortages. What I am not accustomed to is lack of customer service. I went inside so I could pick out donuts. My eyes went straight to the menu board. A young lady clearly saw me standing there, but continued to chit chat with coworkers and not make eye contact. I had neglected to see the sign at the register saying they were not taking walk in orders. Just a little customer service please!!

Saturday morning at 9:20 and the drive thru line isn’t moving!! At 9:40 I finally drove away!! The only movement in the line is when people pull out of line. Going in the store won’t help as I watched people walk out with nothing in their hands after realizing this location is in trouble!! Nearly 20 cars in the line and people are driving away!! If you can’t make a cup of coffee and serve people in a timely manner then you have a big problem!! Dunkin’ Donuts needs to do something here!! I went to Crafty Coffee and got a coffee and breakfast in a fraction of the time. Denver Dunkin’s won’t see me again!!!

Would not recommend after waiting thirty minutes in the drive through. I get handed my latte that is super white and definitely shouldn’t be almost milky color. I asked if they are sure they put espresso in because I’ve never had one that white. They then try to tell me how it’s made that it uses milk. Which I already know seeing as I get a latte everyday from the Huntersville store. I will never return to this one or recommend to anyone. I was told my drink was fine and sent on my way. What a waste of $5 for milk. The last I checked with managers it was three espresso shots in a large so there’s no reason for it to look and taste like straight milk. I don’t understand why I was told I (the customer) was wrong by two associates that my latte indeed had espresso when it definitely does not. Worst customer service. What I was given vs what it should look similar too.
