Sonic Drive-in

Service is RUDE! I was trying to order 4 drinks and she cut me off a after two without asking if our order was complete, had to call back, she only asked what size for one drink (med), when the order came out there were three med and one small, not sure where the small size came in but when I got my receipt it said 4 med drinks so I told her and she came back with it so full it was running over the top and down the sides and offered no napkins.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. The person taking the order was rude and didn't listen to anything I was saying. When I asked for a manager he obliged but came outside to tell me the manager was busy and he couldn't find her. When I asked if maybe the speaker was broken and why he was having trouble he literally laughed in my face and said whatever dude and went inside. I assumed he didn't actually tell the manager I was wanting to talk to her I went and opened the door and asked myself when she finally did come out to talk to me she initially brushed his behavior off as "he just has a different kind of personality". Anyone who has that kind of "different personality" should not be taking orders or dealing with customers at all. I declined to eat there even after the manager asked if she could get me anything because I don't trust that kitchen staff not to spit in my food or taint it in some other way, there obviously is no consequence for horrible behavior at this location.

This sonic is horrible. This the third time I have gone to this Sonic and something has been wrong with my order. Today, II went there again during my lunch. The manager was very rude. I placed my order with her. I sit there waiting for 15 minutes. I buzzed the button and asked how much longer on my order. The girl said there was no order placed here. The last rider was a coke. I said I ordered a #1 and a large tator total. She said I don't see that order. So the manager acted like she took my order but didn't place it. So rude and very unprofessional. I will NOT go back to this Sonic on Ft. Worth Drive. DENTON TX.
