Sonic Drive-in

I asked for Mayo...but this is what I got after they first forgot to even bring it out to begin with. It was also cold. If you can't tell what it is...it's supposed to be a foot long. My Mom who ordered #2 got a cold burger. My daughter ordered #3 & she couldn't eat it because it tasted too burnt. Maybe they haven't cleaned the grill in a while. My granddaughter got chicken strips & they were cold as well. Not sure what is going on at this location. I'm not a huge Sonic fan anyway but my family is & this was the "most disgusting" in their own words. It truly sucked for us after driving from Cali & starving then wasting $40 on food we couldn't eat. Don't stop here unless your thirsty because my lemonade was quite good. Get it together Sonic in Deming, NM!!!

The staff are completely incompetent and there is clearly zero oversight. Friends of the staff were allowed to freely walk in and out of the food prep area while employees were giggling and slacking off the entire 15 minutes I stood waiting for my order. Sonic is not getting my business after this experience. Take yours elsewhere where it's valued.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but 5 out 10 ocean waters I have gotten. Are always missing sprite. An the last time I went thru the drive thru It took for ever only ordered 2 things a shake and cheese burger. Waiting ,waiting and waiting when I finally my cheese berger was coming out of the bottom of the bag. I don't know little things to complain. But it is what it is

Pathetic location. Just pass through here traveling and when you stop here you have a 50% chance they might answer the speaker to take your order. Mobile app not working today at this location so had to push the red button and once again no one will answer it. My 5th time leaving and taking my business elsewhere. Well sonic money isn’t everything?
