A typical Starbucks on a busy street downtown. There is lots of street parking, which is free in the morning before noon. Good combination of outdoor and indoor seating. Excellent, friendly service and the expected quality coffee.

Trash corporation. I get it you want to charge us $7 a drink but at least put the right syrup in the drink and don't inject it with curdled whip cream. Not the 1st time your incompetence has reflected in your employees.

With Starbucks foray into political correctness it seems odd to me that every time I come in to this store I am met with incredibly poor customer service by Michael. He represents you poorly. He is inattentive, abrupt and abrasive i.e. rude.

Great service when I went there back in November 2021. I've been meaning to come on here to leave a review and just getting around to it now. There was an issue with using the app to pay (tech glitch or something of the sort). Even though the cashier wasn't sure how to resolve it (she was new) she was pro active by asking her coworker to give a hand. Which he took care of it. They both handled the situation well by being courteous, proactive and great customer service!

I just read a review that said the service was great. Unfortunately that is not true. There was one person in front of me who waited at best 2-3 min to be addressed while the manager busied herself in a ledger or something and another worker was making a drink for someone who hadn’t even walked in yet. I have never been in a Starbucks where every barista wasn’t hustling. The cup of Americana was barely 3/4 full. This place is the absolute worst. Take my advice go somewhere else - maybe Peets down the street a block or 2.

Enjoyed my hot, dark roasted coffee before attending a concert at the Old School Square in downtown Delray Beach. This Starbucks is in the heart of Downtown Delray Beach and always busy and the coffee is always really good.

I go there often because I work nearby and the employees are always so kind. I mobile order and it’s always ready and correct.
