Dunkin' Donuts

Feels like gambling when you order coffee which leads me to believe the employees are either inconsistent with how they put the coffee together or the employees just have different perceptions of what the order is. I ordered the exact same drink multiple times and it has never been the same. Sometimes there is a ridiculous amount of cream and sometimes it feels like 5 squirts of a flavor means barely pressing it 5 times because there is no flavor period. I would say the coffee is good 1/5 times, tolerable 1/5 times, and just a waste of money to the point that I just throw it away and drink black coffee at work or at home 3/5 times. Frankly, with the removal of hazel flavor and the price increases, the risk isn't even worth the stop anymore.

I ordered a coffee and avocado toast and was waiting at the pay window for a good 5 minutes then someone assisted me. Gave me my order while she was running my card & I asked for a straw and she said “i’m still running your card” and rolled her eyes and I said okay, no problem. Then gave me my card & straw and as I was pulling away she said “bitch”. Super unprofessional.

Stopped going there as of today... I stop in at least 2 to 3 times a week, last 5 trips they made my drinks wrong, I confronted the manager over and over and all I received from her was a apology, gets real old. So today when i stopped i told them that yesturdays drink wasn't made right and all she did was argue with me and then gave me my drink and it was nothing but pure sugar.. Hmm will not be going back to this one .

Grew up on Dunkin Donuts so I was looking forward to the new location. I even make a point to go out of my way to get a cup of coffee. Unfortunately in the 9 visits already 7 of my orders have been messed up. I understand labor shortages but when you have 6 employees and 3 in the drive up what’s the excuse? Turn the rap music down and focus on the customers your running a family chain. This time I walked in to get my order corrected and unfortunately walked out with nothing because I was out of time and you are out of excuses…🙁
