Lady was on her cell phone the entire time I ordered and received my food through the Drive-thru
She didn’t even pause or put it down to grab my money or pass me my food, just kept talking.
I suppose it’s what you could expect for Taco Bell on a Sunday evening around midnight but it was still a shock.
Maybe a little more training in customer service.

Got the Mexican pizza so glad that it's finally back! It was made very quickly as they were busy in drive thru, short staffed, but still had the dining room open where we ate. We first walked in no one greeted us. We placed our order at the kiosk. Another lady behind us wanted to order, but she ended up leaving since no one acknowledged her. Another man came in and he ended up leaving not wanting to wait.

It’s 11:30, you’re open until 2 am. Even 1am at the earliest. This is at least the second time we’ve gone to this location, lights are on, sign is on saying they’re open and NO ONE answers the drive thru. No one answers the phone. You’ve refused orders because you “don’t have enough staff”. What is going on? McDonalds can find decent staff… it can’t be impossible to find someone to work or at least turn off the lights.

Both my friend and I had some chips with our meals. They were pretty stale and had a very strange taste, questionably moldy taste to them. He ended up feeling much worse than me but nothing terrible but... not something you expect when eating out.

Waited 10 deep in a single lane drive thru, told I had to order a min. of 5 items.WHAT. OK 2 mexican pizzas and 2 chalupas and a soda. Sorry no sauce ever for the pizzas. WHAT. I don't want anything, gotta wait in line to leave because its a single lane. WILL NOT EVER BE BACK.

Ordered a quesadilla and it was completely stuck to the inside of the wrapper. I went back through the drive through and told the guy at the window and he said that they all turn out that way because of the cheese. Lame. They never grilled it. It was microwaved. Will never go there again! Lake Geneva location is much better!

This is undoubtedly the worst taco bell ive ever seen. The worst American Mexican food ive ever had. Tastes was off and my burrito was poorly made. I asked them to grill my burrito and they didnt. There was some dude who looked like a felon giving a dirty looks. Giving me stink eye. Eat here if you dare.

Not that great today. Crunchwraps were pretty good. Burritos were a mess. Taco was almost cold. I think they are having staffing issues. Very slow. Oh well. Win some...lose some. Good luck. 👍
