I don’t know about the bad reviews, I’ve been ordering from them for many years, I have never had a problem with them, my order has always been correct and delivered quickly. No, the owners are not all “ha ha he he” in your face when you do go to the restaurant, but I’m not looking for friendship, I just want my food to be made correct and be tasty, which it always is. I have taken by boujie hard to please friends to this spot, and they love it. 5 stars for me.

Literally my first time coming to this place and me and my children walked in and instantly felt a bad vibe. I don’t know if the lady had a bad day or if it was because me and my kids are African American. She aggressively handed me my food and aggressively closed the window pathway between us and their counter and Rudely waved us out like we were some animals. I love food and I was super excited to try something different, but rude customer service will never make me want to go back there again. Food was okay, I have had better but that stank attitude was uncalled for. And for that I’ll never go back !

The food is consistently bad. Most of the time all I can taste is oil and doesn't taste fresh. Stopped getting from here because they were definitely not going to change. I thought restaurants were supposed to get better over time but these guys have gotten worse. I wish you luck in your business. You certainly will need it with food like this.

When I called to order my food the woman who picked up was very rude. When I received my food it wasn’t my order. When I called to tell them I have the wrong order. I was hung up on. I’m a single mother of 3 my kids really wanted Chinese food tonight this isn’t the 1st time I have had an issue with rudeness and wrong order I believe they can do better and the lady that Answer the phone need more work on not only her English but her people skills.

Great food at good prices. The twice-cooked pork is one of my favorite dishes. Been eating here for 5 years and the food has consistently been exactly what I needed when I felt like take out Chinese food. Edit: Reading the other reviews on here, smh. Be patient when you place your order. Been coming hear for ages and it's never been an issue for me. If you want good customer service be a good customer.

The worst chinese restaurant in dekalb! You walk in and the place looks dirty and disgusting. The prices are great but the quality is terrible!! Don’t let them fool you. I ordered chicken with garlic sauce and they gave me only vegetables with garlic sauce. I called and the lady was the rudest person i have ever spoken too! When ordering she understood everything i asked for but when i called to complain she pretended?? Save your money and go over to Yen Ching!

I never got the chance to eat the food. I called to place an order and the person on the phone kept saying no cash, credit card. Okay I get that. But the person wouldn't let me place the order until I gave her my credit card number. We went back and forth until she finally hung up on me. If that's their customer service, I'm over it and will never attempt to order from them again.
