I went to this KFC to try the new plant based meal. I ordered my food on the app and it said it would be ready at 5:59pm. I get to the restaurant at 6:15pm and my food is not ready like the app said but nothing was ready. Now 6:20pm none of the workers have checked on me or provided me with a status on my order. The staff would rather talk about Sweetie's day and how women from the south don't treat their men well because the other crew members were unfamiliar with this holiday. I just ordered nuggets and a sandwich bruhhhhhhhh

I've switched from Popeyes to KFC and ain't sorry. Meat is juicy flavorful and you not sitting in line for 40minutes🤷🏽‍♂️ I remember when I was driving for Uber posted at the airport that $5 chicken box was a quick filler: two pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, a biscuit, drink AND a chocolate chip cookie 😩

My food was hot and fresh but I didnt like it. Too much breading on the meat. I REALLY LOVE THE CONCEPT OF MEALS IN CUP HOLDER SIZE. As you can see in the pictures, the food and drink fits in the cup holders. Great idea for those that eat on the run in the car. I am not really a ear and drive person, but I recognize that most people are. The cup came free at the bottom of my mom meal after she completed the survey. She only eats pot pies, so she suggested I try the item. I think this is better for kids than an adult. On this day, 2 young people and a manager (to key in a code) assisted me. They were so nice and sweet. You seldom get that from teens. I was pleasantly surprised. The cutomer service added a star.
