Tim Hortons

It’s 11:32am on a Thursday and the doors are locked. There’s a lady inside taking drive thru orders. I knocked on the door to find out why are they closed? She just looks up at me while sweeping the floor and continues on ignoring me. I’m starting to not like Tim Hortons service. I called this place and she don’t even answer the phone. Just let’s it goto voicemail. Terrible service! UPDATE: At 12:03pm the mail lady pulls to and the lady inside lets her in. The mail lady goes and uses the bathroom and looks like she gets something to go and leaves. This place is pathetic. At least put a sign on the door and acknowledge customers that there is some problem.

This place would receive a 0 if it would let me . They never have anything , I asked for a medium coffee with two creams I got a large coffee dome lid with milk. The attendant told the car behind me you might as well buy some thing since you’re already stuck in line. There was a 20 car build up with no signs stating that they had no cream . They were trapping everyone to buy what they had even if they didn’t want it. I asked for management or management number and the guy that was working told me to buzz off. Tim Hortons is a great franchise but this location is terrible. And I’m always afraid to ask for anything so they don’t spit in my food or cuss me out. We have an office right across the street with 20 employees my employees used to always go there, now they refuse. Every time you pull up to say thank you for coming to Tim Hortons we are currently out of cream , cups , lids , only taking cash . I hope they fix the issue as it would be a waste if a franchise

I would rate lower if I could. I visited this location this morning at 7am. I ordered and iced coffee with one cream one sugar and a shot of Carmel also an everything bagel with sausage and cheese-no egg. When they gave me my order the sandwich had egg and the drink had Carmel on the lid and splattered across the top. I requested a new sandwich, like I ordered. The lady in the drive threw literally stated “why couldn’t I peel off the egg “and “if we make the drink again it’s going to taste the same.” All with complete attitude talking amongst each other with total disregard that I was standing right there. Total disrespect. I asked to speak to a manager and stated I wanted a refund. I also told the manager what just happened and sure enough she was part of the conversation. After the new owners took over the place went completely down hill. I will never go back! Which is very sad because I work walking distance and really enjoy coffee. Again super disappointing!

Yesterday I went to this establishment waited in line for 10 minutes to finally be able to order and they say sorry we have to close we’re not taking no more orders it’s 11:30am. I have already been in line for 10 minutes then now I have to wait in line because there’s no way to get out of it and not get anything for my family. We were on are way to a funeral so then we did not have to time to stop anywhere else. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Tim Horton’s.!!!!

The customer service and cleanliness of this Tim Horton’s needs improvement. I went in for two days in a row and the tables are always dirty and the same trash, wrappers and dirty napkins was on the floor. That’s not okay, they need to maintain the cleanliness throughout the day, not leave trash on the floor, under tables for two whole days. And not sure if it’s the manager, but he always looks like he is in a bad mood. Smile a little.
