They should not offer curbside pickup if they make you wait over 30 minutes, the app doesn’t work all the time and they do not answer their phone.
Not only do I wait over 30 minutes and I still end up having to walk in with my 2 infants, but they burned both of my sandwich’s if I’m paying over 5 dollars for a sandwich in what world would giving me a burnt sandwich be ok??
They will not answer my call as well.
24 dollars and this is unacceptable.

They have a really good selection of bagels but I chose the The lox and everything bagel it was wonderful. They were easy to find. Not busy so fast service.
I would have given them 5-stars but the dining room is closed still because of covid

Parking lot and establishment were dirty. The service was good and they got my order out quick. If they had better cleanliness I would give them a higher rating.

Ordered through doordash, the worst experience I’ve ever had eating a bagel. My bacon was uncooked… How? No smear on my bagels like I paid for this was by far the nastiest bagel place I’ve ever eaten at. Soggy bagels with uncooked bacon and no smear yeah thanks

The manager is always complaining. It really ruins your morning. If she’s so unhappy with the corporation she should leave. They have really good bagels. But if you’re a morning person then I would suggest not going there. All they do is complain.

The service was trying. The bagels were not toasted let alone toasted well like asked. They messed up my drink and the 2nd one was done right but didn't tastes as good as before. The company must have changed supplier.

I'm a regular here because I work 200 feet away. Service is always great and the food has never been short of my expectations. Dion, I hope that's how he spells it, greets me by name and has made my visits better than they would at any other location.

Einstein is my favorite breakfast fast food and this location is very good. I love the chorizo sunrise with jalapeño cheddar bagel. My only problem with Einstein has nothing to do with any particular location. I cannot be tolerate fast food eggs, even ones that are cracked fresh for some reason. The app allows options to choose 1 or 2 eggs or egg whites. It would be nice if I could choose no egg. Taking it off is messy due to the cream cheese and it takes away some of the cream cheese to take it off. I'd probably double or triple my trips to Einstein if I could order online and run in to just grab the items on way to work.
