Dunkin'

Been here a few times and not too bad. HORRIBLY mixed up orders 1 busy day, but fine. The same drink either too dark or WAY too sweet depending on the day; ok... Then this drink (photo 20min later!) Was so full of ice, I couldn't get the straw in for 5 min before it melted enough, and it took 4 drinks till it was gone. All ice, no actual drink for >$4....

I ordered a peppermint mocha, was given a drink that was stickered saying “med hot original cof 3 mocha swirl”. I told the barista it was wrong. Someone else then brought it back and told me it was right but that they don’t have peppermint mocha in their system yet. This is not a mocha and there is no peppermint or whipped cream. It tastes exactly as the sticker reads… it’s regular coffee with some syrup in it.

I feel so badly writing this review, but given the reaction I received by stating my coffee was wrong, I felt it necessary. I frequent this location and order the same thing. Their lack of consistency is very frustrating. I order this exact drink at every DD that I go to. The De Pere location makes it differently every single time. It was SO bitter the first two times they “remade” it. I said it’s not right. I said it’s way too dark and just not right. The young girl was defensive and kept saying I made it the way you wanted it, and shrugged me off. I know it’s not right because I order this, and only this. They didn’t apologize and acted very annoyed by me. I had to pull up two different times and they all acted super annoyed by me (like, “she’s back again”). I’m not a “Karen,” but my coffee wasn’t right. The manager is always very frazzled acting and not engaging with customers at all. I don’t know. I feel badly for complaining, but also feel that the DP location could benefit from some training. Consistency is key in branding!

If I see any cars in the drive thru I won’t stop. I just don’t plan on taking 20 to 30 minutes for grabbing a bite to eat. Honestly I could just as easy sit down at a local restaurant and get out quicker. To top that off this store struggles to with order correctness. It’s been a fairly rapid decline over the last six months.

Just ordered a vanilla bean ice coffee, they told me there wasn't a ice coffee like that I told them I normally get that coffee and they made it as vanilla with no creamer, no sugar which I asked for more creamer and got a dirty look then asked was this enough, I still had to add my own sugar, coffee was definitely old. I also asked for 2 wake-up wraps 1 bacon, one sausage and ended up getting the bacon wake-up wrap but a bangle with cheese and sausage which tasted bad!! They were all sitting around talking barley working. I will not be coming back to this location again.
