Kfc

literally the worst kfc i’ve ever been to. the fries tasted like they sat for hours, got re fried, then sat again. they were cold and the texture was like cardboard. they didn’t have nashville hot sauce for the tenders(they never do at this location), so i got buffalo. they put so much sauce it was soupy, and also cold. i’m so disappointed.

Ordered online. Did as the instructions said and tried to go in to pick up. Doors are locked. Had to wait in the drive thru to pick up so really ordering online was not worth it. Got home to find that there was no chicken sandwich. Tried calling for two hours but no one would pick up the phone. I guess it’ll be a while before I’ll order again.

So we went there to have a little dinner. Lobby was closed but the drive thru was open. The line was a little long but it wasn't bad until we got to the window. I paid and did not see my order for fifteen minutes. The food was good and the staff was nice but for a fast food restaurant it took way to long. Bad thing was we didn't even order anything special. I understand things are hard with a lack of employees but that was the longest I ever waited in a drive thru for food.

They were out of corn, biscuits, and even forks! Ordered 2 of the bowls and they didn't even have utensils to eat them with, not to mention, there wasn't even corn in the bowls. Was not told about the fact that they were out of all of these items until after we paid and left. Went back to have them correct the order and was told sorry we are out of those items. When we asked how we were supposed to eat bowls without any utensils, was told that the speedway across the street had free forks..... also, the chicken in the bowls was hard and crunchy.

We were in the drive through line tonight for over 30 minutes. Paid for our order, pulled ahead to check it out and it was missing the main part of my meal- the chicken. Go to the door, it's locked. Pulled around to the front, it's locked. Finally called the store and the manager answered and apologized for the missing item but they were extremely short staffed. 😢 he was very nice and polite though overworked and stressed.

First the never received our online order on there computer, which we paid for online, then we just decided to Oder it there since first Oder was screwed up. We order then they said they didn’t have the extra crispy we wanted so they substituted with original recipe, with was fine until we get home. Looked in bucket never ever have I seen the most disgusting brown not golden extra crispy. Chicken looks like it’s been sitting since first batch of the day, meal was absolutely gross, Sad cause I worked for them when I was younger and always loved the place. I will not be return to my he Davison location ever again!! Really wish I could post pictures of the dark old chicken that’s been sitting ing warming try all afternoon

Order a 16 piece chicken meal literally I sat there waiting an hour inside, then I decided to go outside for a moment, one of the employees brought my food out. I get to my destination after working all day to have an Easter with my family and I'm missing 5 pieces of chicken. I was given 11 pieces for a 16 piece meal. So I try to call and they never answer the phone. I'm just done, long day at work and then can't even enjoy a meal with family 🥺🥺🥺
