I was very disappointed to see that my milkshake had hints of black in it?? I know this cannot be right since i ordered a strawberry milkshake. I opened up the shake and inspected my shake more to find more black in the middle almost mold looking?? Threw away immediately! I believe they are serving the public moldy ice/ice cream or whatever it is! This could really really hurt someone! Something needs to be done about this. Whoever the manger is needs to get on top of this asap!!!!!!

So disappointed in the service we received. I had literally been looking forward to a milkshake all day, especially after surgery, it was the only thing that sounded good to me. My boyfriend walked in at 10:28 pm to pick one up for me, because the store didn’t close until 11. He was told he couldn’t get a milkshake because they stop using the blenders 30 minutes prior to closing. REALLY?! It takes 5 minutes max to wash a blender, why do you stop providing a service you advertise 30 minutes before you close, that makes no sense. It felt like they just wanted to lock the doors and be gone at 11 and that’s why they were shutting things down early. Makes me not wanna come back.
