Nice clean store, seating indoors with air-conditioning and outdoor seating also, this store is situated outside of the shopping complex facing Mitchell Street, they have plenty of options to choose from, it was nice to get a refreshing tea on a hot day, I was surprised as to how busy this little shop gets but waiting times weren't too bad. Best Thai tea in Darwin

I am a regular chatime customer however everytime I visit this store the tea is always below standard, which is very disappointing.There’s many missing ingridients and it seems as if the store is always under staffed.There is only one worker who can make a good honeydew- the girl with bangs.Me and a group of friends went in yesterday around 4:00pm and there was no one in the front counter. Turned out there was one worker who was standing in the back room. She popped her head out after a few minutes and served us. My drink was tasteless.

They close anywhere between 8-8:30 instead of 9:00. They don’t have their business hours in store either so we don’t know when they actually close. There almost always only one staff there and they’re always out the back and pop their head out after having to wait for nearly 5 minutes consistently. I’ve been told for weeks on end now that they don’t have any Thai or Taro milk tea and when I asked if they had any frozen drinks, they said no. The teas are subpar and aren’t the most enjoyable but I go back because they’re the closest to my work. Casuarina Cha Time is better.
