Good breakfast. Waiter was friendly fast and very attentive. Excellent services. The 3leche pancakes r good but NY cheese cake better fyi.

Today I had the worst experience at IHOP definitely won’t be coming back here any time soon. I bit into a seed from the avocado. My eggs were cold as you can see how hard my cheese was. My friend got a over light eggs meal and her eggs wasn’t even cooked. I’m disgusted.

Had (Rise and Shine) Breakfast, from senior menu. Good portion, good value. Staff always friendly, and prompt.
Only complaint: coffee is added cost, where it's free at other venues.
Also thank you for discounting for senior and veterans.

Food is good customer service not so much. They don't even know how their text message system works. I clicked on the I'm here once I arrived and never received my food. Finally went inside and my food was just sitting on the counter getting cold while the girls in the front desk were fooling around. When I made a complaint they said did I call when I arrived and I said no I clicked on the I'm here on the text message I received and she was like I never heard of that. How do you not know how your own take out system works? This was Faunce corner rd Dartmouth location.

Sunday morning and we didn't have to wait long at all. Waitress was very nice and she had a great rapport with our 3 boys. After tip the bill was $76.00 for our family of 5.

Food is always to a specific standard, if you know you like something it will be the same every time. Once you make an order slightly complicated the kitchen gets overwhelmed and your order comes out staggered. Other than that, no complaints and I will always appreciate a good IHOP breakfast.

IHOP is simply the best. Eggs , home fries, bacon, French toast & coffee. What more could you ask for. A reasonable price ? Ya, well they've got that too. Our family's go too spot for breakfast

I just wanted to say our experience over all was attroshis...we waited for 45 minutes...was told 25 minute wait...understandably they were busy... but still ..sat down and still waited 30-40 minutes for our food...when it arrived my husband's food was cold...my plate was just saturated with juices from the food that I could not eat it...the waitress we had was very kind and took them off the bill...I. sorry but I will not be dining again at your establishment
