Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I have gone twice recently. I've gotten 2 different smoothies and both times I've gotten snickerdoodle cookies. Both times the smoothies and cookies tasted great! Customer service was amazing the first time, the second time was meh, but not bad. Just how it goes with teenagers 🤷🏾‍♀️ overall, I'm happy and will return!

Truly wish I could give ZERO stars. DO NOT COME HERE. A total waste of a nice morning waiting for a smoothie. Every single time I come here they take forever, there is no organization, nobody knows what’s going on. The inside of the restaurant STINKS horribly. The drive thru is a joke. Just avoid this place. Buy your own ingredients and make a smoothie at home. The service is an absolute joke. Disgrace of a business. Management and ownership clearly do not care. 0/10 stars.

This place is horrible went there for just 1 drink waited 20min while they had at least 7 people working half the staff seems to have 2 speeds slow and slower. Lets me not forget the 3 that ran outside to see someones dog while 16 people waited inside to get there food or drinks. They Don't Care that you are waiting for a long time. Plus if you are gonna wear a mask 😷 wear it the correct way or Don't wear it at all!!! Who ever the manager, is should have a meeting with there staff asap!!! Visit 3/30/22 terrible crew one funny thing read the back of there shirts 😲 Your on tropical time I guess that means Slow 🐌

Online ordering is not friendly or specific enough to place an order. I tried calling my order in and it kept going to voicemail. Figured I would try the drive through. The drive-thru is slammed. Went inside and had to wait several minutes before an employee acknowledged me and took my order. Never seem to have a good experience here. I will continue using the Fairhaven location rather than the Dartmouth location.

If you are looking to wait in your car for 20-30' to pay for overpriced food that is "meh" then look no further! You will even get a "sorry" and a free smoothie card at the end of your waiting. I have tried both local Tropical smoothie and it has been disappointing. Retraining and hiring more responsible staff may help.
