Subway

Always nice and friendly and great food but today was a different situation I have a 30 min lunch. I was standing in line waiting to give my order and no one came? I don’t know if they was short on staff or they had other priorities to tend to or something but I waited for 15 mins and no one showed. How can you turn a profit if your not making sandwiches. How are you going to keep loyal customers if your not going to take their order or atleast tell them “give me one second I’ll be right with you” very very disappointed. I will just have to hope it gets better.

The last two times I have ordered from here the employee alishia has made my online order. I ask for extra ranch and black olives. The first time she put so much on there I literally had to get a spoon and scoop it off. The second time my sandwich had no ranch on it and so many olives it looked like she dumped the whole container on there. I have been coming here for two years never had a problem until they hired this girl and I won’t be going back until they hire someone else.

Negative 3⭐'s. These careless immature children are wasting our money. I ordered 4 sandwiches online and they drenched them with every liquid condiment and salt that they could find. If we ate these sandwiches, our blood pressure would skyrocketed! What's baffling to me is the fact that there's no manager to speak with about this issue..only childish children! Only God knows what else they did to our food...just disgusting!!

Very poor customer service. I stood there waited patiently for 8AM for opening time cause I got there a little early. A worker name nicki came out with a attitude and said with an attitude "ma'am I have 10 more minutes. I said that's fine I can wait 10 mins 10 minutes isn't long. She then comes back out with a attitude and says okay at that point she had two minutes left so I said are you sure cause you have a couple more minutes I can wait. She walks off then comes back 5 minutes after opening time and rudely said are you ready now so at this point I'm fed up with the attitude and get one back tell her I been ready. She tells me I need to lose my attitude I told her she came out with one from the beginning in then escalated a few choice of words was said vulgar words she then refused to serve me. She really needs to work on her customer service. Will not return to that location nor will I recommend that location to anyone.

This Subways is the best and most clean one I've been in in a while. The Young lady that made my tuna sandwich was very attractive and made it exactly as I instructed. I've had this tuna sandwich made this way from Subways all over the gulf coast and this one turned out to be the best. Thanks. Ya'll have some good people working here
