I showed this to the manager and she said she would clean it later. I was there for 2 hours and it wasn't cleaned. This isnt coke, its brown gunk that's thick and gross. No wonder they say ice machines at restaurants have more bacteria than toilet seats.
We chose to not get any ice but sitting there and Watching everybody else added to their cups was heartbreaking Jun 15 12pm

Everytime I order rapid pickup through the app, something in my order is always forgotten. Not normally one to write reviews, however, I’ve had enough. Ordered through rapid pick up today. They forgot my sandwich. Had to wait 30 MINUTES to get half of a sandwich. Never again, that’s the longest I’ve had to wait for a missing item from here.

Ordered lunch for delivery. Never received the order. The person who answered the phone wanted us to cancel the order with door dash, but unfortunately I placed the order from Panera website. I paid for the delivery and the tip. He offered to personally drop off the food, but we decided to pick up. Lost the delivery fee and the tip , but he offered 2 cookies at no charge. No complains.

Food is good, staff is nice and restaurant has been clean thus far. However, feels somewhat overpriced. It's counter food at sit-down restaurant prices.

Very cozy. I wish I had known earlier in the winter that there was a roaring fireplace! Great coffee and tea too. Excellent value especially if you have a coffee card.

I’d like to give a shout out to Terry, he’s worked for Panera for a long time and he has always been great. Anytime I’ve interacted with him he always has a smile and is so helpful. It’s nice to have someone who enjoys helping customers! Thanks for everything Panera Danvers!
