Dunkin'

The service was very good, a young man took my order for a coffee and a dozen donuts. He had marked my cup and then switched over to getting the donuts I specified. While he was doing that someone walked in behind me, a woman I hadn't seen, came swiftly from the back and greeted him while fixing my coffee. They were helping the new customer while I was still putting away my wallet and picking up my donuts and properly prepared coffee. That is what you call team work and professional behavior. You don't always see that in practice in any business. Well done!

I ordered an iced coffee with little sugar and even less cream. I received what looked to be a glass of milk. While waiting for them to fix it, they helped 4 other customers and then they finally asked what the problem was. I explained to them again what I had ordered and the second one came out a bit darker, but I guess I should have tasted it before I left because it was loaded with sugar! The sweetest coffee I have ever tasted. There went $3

Convenient location on U.S. route 202 (lake ave extension), Easy_off_easy_on from exit 4 of interstate 84. Plenty of parking including handicapped spaces and a handicapped entrance. Drive thru available across the opposite side of the street (unusual, unisex restroom available. The inside space is cozy, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone, high seat also available.

I've only been in the store twice. Both ones I've had great service and a wonderful selection of donuts. Parking is very thin do to the fact they are in a strip mall on a hill. The store itself was a little old and used. The bathrooms were somewhat clean. Across the street the have a drive-thru kiosk that I get coffee on the go. The drive thru lane is a tight turn around. Always hot and fast.

I've gone to the drive thru here several times and my experiences have been getting worse. They used to welcome me and then ask what I want. Now it's just what do I want. Also when I'm done ordering they don't even say anything about driving up since I like to make sure they got my order straight. The last time I went they didn't even get my order right. So I'm very displeased with the drive thru.
