Dunkin'

I placed a big order this morning and the whole AM team was very polite. There is a lady I think she is the manager, she was very hands on and very quick and organized and made sure to thank me for my order. I have another Dunkin’ that is closer to me but I don’t mind driving a little out my way for such good customer service and fresh breakfast.

Feb. 21st 9am, what's so hard about taking orders and giving the customer what's they paid for/ asked for. All you have to do is listen that it. This dunkin has a bad, not poor, bad crew, they need more then just training! They are Is robbing us of a good Experience and service I don't understand why their managers have not done anything about it for the last 2 months! I HOPE THE BBB See this and does a surprise vist..!!! Maybe then we can get better service or something better in that spot instead of a dunkin !

Literally disgusting. Just ordered a Caramel Craze Iced latte and it came with nothing it was supposed to. Along with the fact the latte is not even drinkable it tastes so dirty and replusing like they haven't cleaned their coffee maker. Do better. A waste of money and time waiting in their line as well. And I'm not one to write reviews but this was unacceptable. I will never go to this DD again.

What a HORRIBLE experience! If I could give it zero stars I would! We placed an order with them. We ordered 6 edible items (3 donuts and 3 sandwhiches). We only recieved 1 sandwhich and it was completely burnt and inedible!!! We had this ordered delivered through UBER, when we called Dunkin’ and said you missed more than half of the order, they told us we could pick it up!!! That’s not the point we paid for delivery and only recieved 1 out of 6 items!!! The lady was rude and incompetent. Completely ridiculous! I would never order from there again!
