This is by far the best 7-11 in the neighborhood. It's clean, well-stocked, has friendly employees, the best grocery selection by far. And what I like best of all, is when there is a line of people waiting to pay, the cashier will bust a hump to get everyone taken care of. Any of the other 7-11's in the neighborhood have absolutely ZERO sense of urgency... It's maddening, because fast and convenient is what you're paying for. Great job Shiloh Road!!

The guy running it at night locks the doors and he’ll eyeball you first to see if he’ll let you in or not. And most of the time he does but today was the second time he hesitated to open the door, eyeballed me up and down, and flat out said “closed... we’re closed”, and they cheap out a lot. If you ask for napkins they’ll try to give you a chunk of paper towel from a big brown roll. 7-11 on Jupiter & 635 do a better job at running that establishment and the hot food is way better there.

If I could give this place - negative stars thats exactly what I would do. Place is shady, and cashier is an @$$

If I could've given less than one star I would have. This place is filthy dirty, especially the restroom. The toilet seat is just resting on the bowl, not even attached. It's covered in human waste and smells disgusting. The woman that works the counter is as rude and unfriendly as can be. I would HIGHLY recommend finding another convenience store and NOT wasting your time or money there. WHAT A DUMP!

7 - 11 on Shiloh is a clean store. I go their often. The manager works hard to keep a clean store. The front end and glass is kept up well. It is a shame that he has to deal with the low life riff raff across the street.

This location allows the homeless population to sit, stand, and actually sleep in front of the store so that customers have to step over and around them. I can go to any other store and not be exposed to that and I will shop somewhere else!

I stop here every few weeks for ice cream and drinks, The people that run this store are wonderful, especially the guy in the evenings.
