Better than expected for a non-branded hotel coffee shop. The iced white mocha was way too sweet for me (and I have a known sweet tooth), but the vanilla latte was the right amount of sweet for my palate. Staff was friendly and me their way through our large conference crowds quickly.

I really like this hotel coffee shop/gift shop that I can walk to at lunch time. The pecan chicken salad sandwich was just right. Iced mocha was way too sweet for me. Friendly service, not busy, upscale environment. I think some workers here are part of a jobs program (where they learn to deal with people like you) so think before you judge. They have phone charging stations/tables.

I was in Dallas for a conference this week. So grateful that Morsel's Cafe was in the hotel I was staying at. I want to rave about the service I received upon every visit. These hardworking baristas had an extremely long line at seemingly all hours of the day. Very quick, kind, and personable employees. Much appreciated!

Took my order, made my drink. Great job, amicable staff. Peet's is typically about as good as Starbucks, with the occasional franchise location having exceptionally good coffee. This is one of those. Located in threw omni hotel lobby.
