The food is so good here. The drinks are a bit over priced but I’ll pay it for the wonderful atmosphere they have. I love the third story to check out the views of the Dallas sky light after dinner. The bartenders are very professional and informative. It does turn into a club atmosphere on the third story after a certain hour so I try to get out prior to that as it gets far too crowded. And the crowd that attends that club are a rowdy bunch.

Sunday brunch @stirrdfw was a hit! I was kinda skeptical about it since there weren't a lot of seafood options on the menu (I'm pescatarian). I opted to go with Ahi tuna tacos, and I was glad I did. They were absolutely delicious. The mac and cheese was pretty good, too. I didn't eat the Buffalo chicken egg rolls, but they looked good 😋.

This was my first time eating here and I like it alright. The food is good, but it's a bit on the heavier side. Here are the dishes that we had: 1. Ahi Tuna Tacos (shareable) 2. Gorgonzola Waffle Fries (shareable) 3. Short Rib Hash (main) 4. Mimosa Pitcher Pros: - big windows, lots of natural lighting - spacious, variety of seating - Ahi Tuna Tacos: Tuna was fresh, had a good flavor to it. There was also a hard shell taco and crispy rice paper shavings - Short Rib Hash had a good amount of each ingredient. Potatoes were soft and had flavor. Ribs were shredded and incorporated into the dish nicely. Good amount of food, which can make it filling. Has a spicy kick - mimosas tasted refreshing. It was not too strong, but you do taste the champagne so they're not skimping Cons: - restaurant was warm with low AC. Not sure if it's a norm or bc of heat wave - few flies around the table - Ahi Tuna Tacos: crispy rice paper shavings were not very flavorful, it was mostly for texture. I would have preferred an asian slaw or something pickled. Taco shell itself was crunchy and kinda hard. Once it breaks, the filling falls out. Easily breakable after one bite - Gorgonzola Waffle Fries: tasty, but heavy on the blue cheese. Almost overpowering. I personally did not think blue cheese was the best choice over waffle fries. I think a more neutral cheese could work better like parmesan or mozzarella, maybe gouda - Short Rib Hash: spicy kick is not my preference as it's a little too spicy for me. Nothing fresh or light incorporated so the dish is overall heavy. Good for when you're feeling tipsy, but not necessarily good on a hot summer day during brunch hours - Menu could have more dishes that are lighter. There's a lot of dishes that include richer ingredients so it's very easy to feel full and groggy Overall, the food is passing. I personally prefer something lighter to eat for brunch, but the salads did not sound very appetizing due to something spicy in it or a different component that's very rich. I don't believe I will revisit here.

The first thing that struck me was the breathtaking panoramic view of downtown Dallas from the rooftop. It was an absolute feast for the eyes! American dishes with a contemporary twist, as well as international influences that added a delightful surprise to each plate. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were evident, and the presentation was simply art on a plate. The service was exceptional, making us feel warmly welcomed from the get-go. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about the menu offerings. They were more than happy to recommend their specialties and offered fantastic suggestions for both food and drinks, elevating our dining experience. The restaurant's rooftop ambiance was further enhanced by tasteful background music, creating a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. It was the ideal setting for a memorable evening, whether you're on a romantic date or sharing laughter with friends.

We decided to have dinner before our All-White party and we choose STIRR! We're extremely glad we did. Rebecca was our waiter of 14 and was EXCEPTIONAL. The food was prompt and her service was beyond amazing. She was super attentive and warm. The establishment was busy but she continued to treat us, as if we was her only table.
