A tasty salad prepared at the counter. I had my salad stuffed in a hollowed out hoagie roll. Dutprisingly, not too much bread. And very neat and easy to eat. Employees were helpful. Seats were not comfortable.

This is a spot to grab something quick with healthy options. I load up a sandwich with squash, beets, kale, chickpeas, etc, with the champagne vinaigrette. I like the champagne vinaigrette dressing, but they have other vegan options.

The salads are really good. I especially like the way it is put into the bread. It's like having crackers with a salad. We enjoyed eating there.

My coworker wouldn’t be quiet about this place. Our team ordered in. Everyone got their order with everything correct. The bread pudding was delicious and the zeppelin was better than expected. The flavours could’ve been better but the bread was so soft inside and crisp outside.

Great place to grab a quick, healthy meal! The southwest, metropolitan Cobb, and Washington State are my favorites! They have a giant selection of dressings to choose from and you can also customize your salad with plenty of options to choose from. You can get the salad in a bowl, or Zeppelin style which is where they stuff the salad in a delicious baguette, which I highly recommend! I’ve loved all of the soups I’ve tried there, especially the cream of jalapeño. I love that they use the insides of the bread which they clear out for the salads to make croutons and bread pudding. I love getting their bread pudding or a cookie for dessert if I’m craving something sweet and they also have a few different lemonade flavors to choose from including guava and prickly pear! So good!!

Obviously a nifty name, of course. Gotta give credit there. We almost made the mistake of getting the salad because I’m not about that bread life but ended up going full-on Zeppelin. We stopped by for a quick bite and ended up being regulars at this joint for our short time in Dallas. The main concept is hallowing out the inside of a warn, medium sized bun and filling it in with your salad arrangement.
Mellow is the man who knows what he's been missing.

Wow! What a great place for a quick healthy sandwich or bowl! Numerous ingredients are fresh and prepared in sight. The baguettes are fresh and and the meat is prepared in store. Love the idea of hollowing out the baguettes and stuffing your choice of veggies and meat inside.
Too bad these are only in Texas, they would be a great alternative to all the other sandwich stores. Highly recommend, and hope they go nationally soon!

Very fresh and tasty salads. I had southwest salad in bowl with chicken twice now. Both times very satisfied with the prep time and food. One of the rare decent places to eat in downtown Dallas.

I went in thinking this sounded 'okay' and left wishing my stomach was bigger. The bread was delicious and the perfect crispiness around whatever delicious salad concoction you pick. I would come to this place quite often if I could. Healthy options and delicious. Staff were also very helpful and friendly
