What a great place! If you're looking for a good date place, look no further than HillStone. The atmosphere is comfortable and luxurious without being too snooty. The food is next level, mostly American style dishes but elevated with a fresh and interesting twist. We had the spinach dip, Hawaiian steak, grilled trout, spaghetti squash, creamed corn and the baked potato. Everything was great, we will definitely be back. NOTE TO READER: be sure to make reservations, this place is popular and you don't want to wait longer than needed to experience their tasty food.

Consistent. Ive seen this word more in the reviews of this restaurant than any other. From my earliest memories of going here as a child, back when it was located on Walnut Hill, I’ve always had the exact same wonderful service and delicious hickory burger. The only thing that has changed was the location and name.

GROWN AND SEXY! Once again, you get what you pay for. This place was packed on a Sunday Nighy and is every night. You want to be here. You want that salmon with the tarragon sauce! You need that burger medium rare! You'll thank me later! Most importantly, the staff treats you like you're in an upscale restaurant. I truly wish to call out the bar staff! Their personalities made me not want to leave. Trust me on this one!!!

Hillstone is a restaurant that’s always a real treat and one of my very favorite places ever! When they have the grilled artichokes in season, oh my GOSH, get them!! 🤩 The spinach & artichoke dip is just delicious, and the veggie burger vegetarian option was better than most I’ve tasted at a sit-down restaurant in a while! It’s always such a great time getting to dine at Hillstone, and besides the incredible food, the service is amazing as well! Always look forward to returning!

I really enjoyed my experience very much, the food and service were great! Then it came time to pay, I had a Visa gift card I was using for my birthday, they informed me they could not accept the card because it did not have a chip , but it came with the slider bar and bar code numbers on the back. So of course I was a little upset that I could not use that money to pay my bill. Since it was given to me for my birthday. After rounds with the waitress, supervisor and a manager the GM stepped up and took care of the bill , WOW was not looking for that to happen, but forever grateful a very nice birthday present! I enjoyed the restaurant and will be back and bring my card with a chip or cash , lol thanks so very much! That's how you manage!

We went for a dinner on a Saturday night and enjoyed the amazing ambiance and delicious food. We made the reservation and were seated promptly after arrival. The service was great in the beginning but it went below average once we ordered our main course. We ordered the pan-roasted Salmon and the Filet for the main course and the food came back perfectly cooked and at the right temperature. Our dessert, the warm brownie was delicious, but we just couldn’t anymore enjoy it, or stay for coffee as the service had gone way below average and we were getting irritated. So we decided to leave early before it ruins our dinner.
