Friendly and polite in this busy store (lunch time) but ensured people were served In an efficient manner as possible. Good place for lunch

Never too busy, great sandwiches. Unfortunately employee didn't change gloves after touching jalapeños and going on to make a new sandwich which is a shame as subs are usually great but ruined on that occasion by cross contamination.

Been to every Subway in the center of Edinburgh and I have never received such good customer service as I did at the Dalkeith branch, care and love in a sandwich :)

Bit expensive tho food is good but if you don't want salad you should get extra meet or cheese
